I don’t know what has taken me so long to share this workout because it’s one of my absolute faves. Perhaps it was meant to be, though, because this way I got to make a holiday-themed graphic which brought me a bit too much happiness.
It typically takes me 40 minutes or so, but as the name implies, the time seriously flies! You’re so busy running from place to place and doing different things that I always finish feeling like I just started. But large amounts of sweat always remind me that I did indeed work my butt off.
I try to run at a pace that is challenging to me but that I can sustain for the half-mile without dying. And as for the exercises, here’s a little demonstration of each one.
Rows with Push-Up
