“Where Did The Time Go?!” Gym Workout

Workout Graphic

HI GUYS!

I don’t know what has taken me so long to share this workout because it’s one of my absolute faves. Perhaps it was meant to be, though, because this way I got to make a holiday-themed graphic which brought me a bit too much happiness.

It typically takes me 40 minutes or so, but as the name implies, the time seriously flies! You’re so busy running from place to place and doing different things that I always finish feeling like I just started. But large amounts of sweat always remind me that I did indeed work my butt off.

I try to run at a pace that is challenging to me but that I can sustain for the half-mile without dying. And as for the exercises, here’s a little demonstration of each one.

Rows with Push-Up

Kettlebell Swings

If you try this workout, I hope you love it as much as I do. HAPPY SWEATING!

  1. This workout looks so fun and challenging! The burpee box jumps definitely takes that exercise to the next level! I love a full-body workout that gets your cardio in too. Thanks for sharing this- I’ll give it a try & let you know how it goes 😄

  2. Wow! That looks like a tough one. It makes me think of ones I would do in a group fitness class. For some reason things like this are so much more manageable in a group class. Maybe I will have to enlist a friend to do this with me!

  3. Wow, what a great workout! I might die if I tried all of that and I don’t relish doing that yet. haha

Have a great week Jacklyn, I am going to try my best to do the same. :)

  4. Nicely done!! Awesome looking picture post and beautiful holiday themed graphic to back it up ;). This definitely looks intense. I have been liking doing more circuit workouts as I’m always surprised at how much faster you can get a whole work out in and how quickly they go by.

  5. Alright, this was intense haha, this workout made me feel out of shape lol! I did this at home so it was modified a little due to lack of equipment, and I am pretty sure I modified it to be easier and I still had a pretty rough time hahah, the time did pass by quite quickly though I admit! This will be my go-to workout for the next couple of days and I might try some of your other work outs, I need all the ideas I can get! I have been slacking with exercise recently and I can really start feeling it affecting me, this workout did me some good so thank you!!
