2 Weekend Playlists – One for Your Workouts and One For Your Heart

HAPPY FRIDAY FRIENDS! I thought I’d pop in quickly to share a couple of playlists I’ve been enjoying lately. The first gets me fired up and moving. I have to actively force myself not to do this weird dancing thing when I run to it because people would probably stop their cars to ask if I was okay. Needless to say, the songs give me such an energy boost!

The second is the one I cook to, drive to, stare into the sky to. That music gives me goosebumps and often makes me cry in the best way.


I can’t think of many things that are more subjective than music – and what a beautiful thing that is. So few artists would get to shine if we all flocked to the same style. So if these playlists aren’t up your alley, I will take no offense. But if they happen to be then enjoy. And please feel free to send recommendations my way!

I’m really new to Spotify but a lot of people seem to love it so I thought I’d check it out. It’s a music streaming service that you can get an account with for free. Here are my playlists on there. If you don’t have Spotify, you can just scroll through them and access the songs however you usually access your music!
